Kenneth M. Mesnier is the taxation services shareholder of Maher & Company PC. He specializes in taxation, planning and business consulting for closely held businesses and individuals and has extensive experience with C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, exempt organizations, estate planning and taxation, mergers and acquisitions, IRS and state government representation and financial planning. He also has specific experience in the construction, health care, banking and real estate industries. Mr. Mesnier has spoken on various expert panels.

Mr. Mesnier earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Truman State University. Mr. Mesnier is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA), Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), and Clayton, Missouri Chamber of Commerce.
